Try before you buy

Everything about a logo can be checked before paying: AI previews and templates are free to explore, and the editor lets you change text, fonts, icons, layout and colors as much as you like. You only pay for the logo you decide to download.

Downloaded files are final

A logo is a digital file that is delivered instantly. Once the files of an order have been downloaded, or generated for you, the purchase cannot be refunded: a logo, unlike a physical product, cannot be returned. By downloading, you agree that delivery starts immediately.

Need a refund? Talk to us

If you bought by mistake, were charged twice, or something did not work, email support@depthlogo.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of the order. We look at every request individually and decide case by case; where nothing has been downloaded, we can usually help.

Packs

A pack runs for 30 days from purchase and does not renew. AI logos already generated, or used for downloads, are not refundable, and AI logos left when the pack ends expire with it. For AI logos you haven’t used, contact support and we will review your request.

Problems with your files

If a file is damaged, missing, or not what the order describes, tell us and we will fix it or refund the order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money shows up within 5–10 business days.
