About these terms

These terms apply when you use DepthLogo at depthlogo.com: the AI logo generator, the logo templates and the free editor. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean DepthLogo. By using DepthLogo, you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Refund Policy covers refunds.

Who can use DepthLogo

To use DepthLogo, you must be at least 16 years old.

Your account

You can sign up with your email address and a password (we email you a 6-digit code to confirm the address), or sign in with Google.

• Keep your password safe, and don’t share your account.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you think someone else has used it, email support@depthlogo.com right away.

Free designs and fair use

Each verified email address gets one free AI logo design, shown as a watermarked preview. Logo templates are free to browse and edit. You pay only to download clean files, without the watermark.

To keep DepthLogo fair for everyone, please don’t:

• Create extra accounts, or use other email addresses, to get more free designs.
• Scrape the site, or use bots or scripts to download logo templates in bulk. A pack’s unlimited logo template downloads are for the logos you make, not for copying the template library.
• Remove watermarks, or try to get files without paying for them.
• Reverse engineer, overload or disrupt DepthLogo, or get around its security or limits.

What you can’t create

You’re responsible for what you make with DepthLogo and how you use it. Don’t use DepthLogo to create:

• Anything illegal.
• Logos that use someone else’s trademark or copyrighted work without permission.
• Designs that impersonate a person, brand or organization.
• Hateful or sexually explicit content.

Your briefs and logos

You keep any rights you have in what you enter, such as your brand name and slogan. You allow us to use it only to run DepthLogo for you: to generate, save and deliver your logos. To make an AI logo, we send your brief to our AI providers, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Your logos are private to your account. We don’t publish them or use them in our marketing without your permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment: there’s no subscription, and nothing renews.

• One AI design, as a PNG or an SVG: $3.99
• One AI design, as PNG + SVG: $6.99
• One template logo, in every format: $3.99

Prices include any sales tax where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout; we never see or store your card number.

The files you buy are kept in My logos in your account, and you can download them again anytime. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

Packs

A pack gives you AI logos to generate, plus unlimited logo template downloads:

• Starter: $19.99 for 30 AI logos
• Pro: $29.99 for 80 AI logos

One AI logo is one design generated as a PNG or an SVG; PNG + SVG of one design counts as two. A generation that fails doesn’t count.

A pack lasts 30 days from purchase and doesn’t renew. AI logos you haven’t used when it ends expire. Buying another pack restarts the 30 days for all your AI logos.

Your license

Once you’ve paid for a logo, on its own or with a pack, you may use the files you download for personal and commercial purposes, worldwide and with no time limit.

We never sell or give the AI logo made for you to anyone else. Your license still isn’t exclusive: AI can produce similar designs for other people, and logo templates are shared starting points that other customers can use too.

Free previews are watermarked and aren’t licensed for use. To use a logo, buy its files.

Trademarks

We don’t guarantee that a logo can be registered as a trademark, or that it doesn’t resemble an existing mark. Before you register a logo or rely on it for your brand, run your own trademark checks.

The service

We do our best to keep DepthLogo running well, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, or that AI results will match what you had in mind.

We keep the files you buy in My logos, but we recommend keeping your own copies too.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, DepthLogo isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Suspension and closing your account

If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account, or block your access to DepthLogo. You can stop using DepthLogo at any time; to delete your account, email support@depthlogo.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using DepthLogo after a change, the updated terms apply.
